What this site is
Sell Restoration Data to AI provides information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. No restoration software vendor, insurer or buyer paid to appear here, none was told it was being read, and nothing on this site is an affiliate link. This site gives information on published documents and the law; it is not legal advice on a firm's own contracts, and no claim file or photo passes through it. How this site is paid: if a firm licenses records to a buyer this site introduced, our fee is 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, when we act as the firm's exclusive agent, or 10% with a minimum when its records join a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing beforehand; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the firm. Any agreement for a deal is signed and invoiced by a company under the same ownership as ET Labs Ltd, which is named in that agreement.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting. Where we introduce you to a provider, we act as an introducer only: we do not advise on, arrange, or recommend between providers, and we never handle client money.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep every figure current (each table shows its last-updated date) but make no warranty that content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ET Labs Ltd accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site. Links to external sites are provided for sourcing; we are not responsible for their content.
Embedding and citation
You may cite this site's data with attribution (a link to the page cited) and may use the embeddable widget where offered, unmodified. Scraping that removes attribution, or republishing tables wholesale without a link, is not permitted.
